## About Dr. Corina Burcut

Dr. Corina Burcut graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of Ovidius University of Constanța in 2009. After residency training at the Sf. Apostol Andrei County Emergency Clinical Hospital in Constanța, she became a specialist in family medicine in 2013 and in dermatology and venereology in 2016. She received her doctorate in medical sciences in 2018 and became a senior consultant in dermatology and venereology in 2024.

Since 2012 she has taught anatomy and embryology at the Faculty of Medicine of Ovidius University of Constanța, where she has held a permanent university teaching assistant position since 2020. In the 2025-2026 academic year she teaches in both the Romanian-language and the English-language study programmes. She worked in private clinics in Constanța from 2016 to 2020. Since 2017 she has worked at Ovidius Clinical Hospital (OCH), where she still practises at the hospital and the OCH Polyclinic, and since 2019 at CDerma Clinique.

Her continuing medical education includes dermatoscopy courses in Bucharest, the IMCAS World Congress (Paris, 2022) and The Aesthetic Medicine Congress (Rovinj, Croatia, 2023 and 2024). She is a member of the Romanian Society of Dermatology and the Romanian Society of Anatomy, and she speaks English and French. - Consultation: 300 RON, free if it is followed by a procedure on the same day. Follow-up visit within 30 days of the consultation: 150 RON.
- Botulinum toxin: one area 900 RON, two areas 1500 RON, three areas (around the eyes, forehead and between the eyebrows) 1800 RON. Excessive sweating, one area: 2000 RON for women, 3200 RON for men. Bruxism: 1800 RON.
- Hyaluronic acid for the lips: 1500 RON or 1700 RON, depending on the product and quantity.
- Injectable mesotherapy: from 500 RON to 1600 RON, depending on the product.
- Platelet-rich plasma (PRP): 1000 RON for one tube, 1800 RON for two tubes.
- Dermapen 4 microneedling: scalp 750 RON, face 900 RON, face and neck 1000 RON, face, neck and décolletage 1200 RON.
- TCA chemical peel (TCA 15%): 700 RON per session.
- Dermatoscopy: 350 RON.
- Sclerotherapy: from 700 RON (small area, 5 cm²) to 1400 RON (very large area, 60 cm²). Sclerotherapy is not performed in summer.
- Chemical lipolysis, per session: double chin 600 RON, knees or arms 800 RON per area, abdomen 1000 RON.

## How a visit works

At CDerma Clinique the first appointment is a consultation, not a procedure. Dr. Corina Burcut asks about the reason for your visit and your medical history, examines your skin and, where necessary, checks lesions with a dermatoscope. Only then is it decided whether the treatment you are asking about is suitable for you and what the alternatives are.

Under Romanian law, before a procedure that carries a potential risk, the patient must be informed about the nature and purpose of the treatment, its possible risks and consequences, and the available alternatives, including not having the treatment at all. The procedure is carried out only with the patient’s written agreement (informed consent), and the patient has the right to refuse or stop a medical intervention.

Some situations can rule out injectable procedures, temporarily or permanently: pregnancy and breastfeeding, known allergies to components of the product, active infections in the area to be treated, some autoimmune diseases and blood clotting disorders. The decision is made individually, after a medical assessment. Results vary from person to person, and many aesthetic treatments have a temporary effect and need maintenance sessions. If you are in Constanța for a short stay, mention it at the consultation.
